Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity in Dubai? We’re seeking a dynamic and people-focused Human Resources Manager to join our team and help drive our talent strategy and workplace culture.

🕒 Employment Type: Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and performance management
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
- Support leadership with strategic HR initiatives
- Maintain HR records and reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR management (5+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus
