Role objective
The HR Intern works with the HR team on projects and tasks to develop an understanding of HR functions in a professional environment.
The role addresses employee-related issues and manages social media platforms in line with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Key accountabilities
- Support the HR business partner in preparing job advertisements and posting them on social media platforms.
- Respond to comments and messages on job advertisements and organize CVs by required designation.
- Assist with contacting candidates by phone, in person, and on-site.
- Assist with post-hiring procedures and communicate processes and developments to hired candidates.
- Coordinate with Administration as needed to facilitate employees.
Education and requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management Studies, Humanities, Social Sciences, or another field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures is required.
- Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and comprehensive organizational abilities are required.
- A professional, well-mannered attitude and strong listening skills are required.
