Job Summary

  • We are a well established group of companies in Qatar with a workforce of approximately 700 employees, seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Human Resources department across multiple business units.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company policies.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead the performance management process, including KPIs, appraisals, probation reviews, and development plans.
  • Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, employee benefits, leave administration, and HR documentation.
  • Monitor HR metrics, workforce planning, turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment performance.
  • Ensure all employee records are accurate, confidential, and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Support succession planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Arabic nationals or Arabic speaking candidates are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Manager or senior HR leadership role.
  • Experience managing HR operations for medium to large organizations (500+ employees preferred).
  • Previous experience supporting multiple business units or a group of companies is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Experience developing HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision making skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
