About the Role
Vogue Hospitality seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function for a group of companies in Qatar. The role oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Human Resources department across multiple business units
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company policies
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
- Lead the performance management process, including KPIs, appraisals, probation reviews, and development plans
- Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs
- Oversee payroll coordination, employee benefits, leave administration, and HR documentation
- Monitor HR metrics, workforce planning, turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Manager or senior HR leadership role
- Experience managing HR operations for medium to large organizations (500+ employees preferred)
- Previous experience supporting multiple business units or a group of companies is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
- Experience developing HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision making skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Fluent English communication skills
- Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) are highly desirable

Job Summary
- We are a well established group of companies in Qatar with a workforce of approximately 700 employees, seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Human Resources department across multiple business units.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Arabic nationals or Arabic speaking candidates are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Manager or senior HR leadership role.
- Experience managing HR operations for medium to large organizations (500+ employees preferred).
