Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily camp operations
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of camp facilities
• Monitor accommodation arrangements and employee welfare
• Coordinate housekeeping, catering, laundry, and maintenance activities
• Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with camp rules and regulations
• Handle camp inventory, supplies, and stock control
• Coordinate transportation and logistics when required
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed
• Address employee concerns and report issues to management
• Prepare camp reports and maintain proper records

Requirements

• Preferred candidate should be able to communicate in Hindi
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of camp operations, hygiene, and safety standards
• Ability to manage staff and resolve operational issues efficiently
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Camp Boss or in a similar role
• Experience in labor accommodation, hospitality, or facility management is preferred
