F&B Operations Supervisor (Male Candidate)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of multiple F&B branches.
• Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency across all outlets.
• Monitor branch performance, sales targets, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service.
• Conduct regular branch visits and operational inspections.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
• Support branch teams in achieving operational and business goals.
• Coordinate with kitchen, purchasing, HR, and management teams for smooth operations.
• Train, guide, and motivate staff to maintain excellent service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, wastage control, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Municipality and food safety regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to higher management.
• Assist in implementing operational improvements and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within Qatar.
• Proven experience handling multiple branch operations is mandatory.
• Educational background related to Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of customer service and branch operational management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage operational challenges effectively.
• Good understanding of food safety standards and operational compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in reporting, scheduling, and operational coordination.
