Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing requirements.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support conflict resolution and mediation processes.

Performance Management

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Assist managers in setting performance goals and evaluating employee performance.
  • Develop performance improvement plans when required.

  • Administer employee compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.
  • Coordinate payroll preparation and ensure accurate employee records.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and develop learning programs.

Legal Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations.
  • Manage employment contracts, visa processing, renewals, and labor documentation.
  • Keep company policies updated in line with legal requirements.

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics.
  • Manage leave records, attendance monitoring, and employee documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll administration.

Policy Development

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Communicate policy updates to employees and management.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies.
