seeking a disciplined, well-educated, and experienced live-in nanny who can manage children's daily routines while also supporting their academic development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child discipline, behavioral guidance, and homework/study assistance, along with prior exposure to working with an Indian household and a school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall care, discipline, and routine of the children, ensuring consistent schedules for meals, study, play, and rest.
- Assist with homework, school projects, and exam preparation, reinforcing concepts taught at school and encouraging good study habits.
- Instill discipline, manners, and positive behavioral habits appropriate to the children's age group.
- Coordinate with parents on academic progress and behavioral observations.
- Handle light supervision of school-related communication (emails, portals, schedules) using basic computer literacy.
- Accompany children to school, tuition, or activities as required.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing home environment.
