- Oversee the strategic implementation and ongoing optimization of the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system to align with organizational goals.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of facility-related information within the CAFM.
- Lead the integration of the CAFM system with other enterprise software (e.g., ERP, HRIS) to streamline workflows and enhance data flow.
- Manage the CAFM system's budget, including software licensing, maintenance, upgrades, and vendor contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
