Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Social Worker
to join our school.
The Social Worker will provide non-therapeutic support to students and their families who may be facing challenging circumstances.
The role involves working closely with students, parents, school staff, and community agencies to ensure the well-being and safety of students.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to students experiencing social, emotional, or family-related challenges.
- Liaise between the school, families, and external community resources.
- Assist with student protection and safeguarding matters in accordance with school policies.
- Support students and families in accessing appropriate community services.
- Collaborate with teachers, school leadership, and parents to promote student welfare.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
- Participate in meetings, case discussions, and school well-being initiatives.
Minimum Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in
Social Work
or
Social Service
.
Experience
- Minimum
- 2 years of experience
- in youth-related social work.
