Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and workforce planning needs. Schedule interviews and facilitate candidate assessments. Prepare employment offer letters.
Onboarding
- Coordinate and administer new hire onboarding activities. Prepare onboarding documentation and employee records. Conduct orientation sessions and introduce company policies, procedures, and culture. Coordinate with IT, Facilities, and other departments to ensure smooth employee setup. Monitor probation periods and collect feedback from managers and new employees.
HR Operations
- Coordinate with company PRO for employee visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and insurance. Track visa expiries, labor contracts, and compliance deadlines. Ensure full compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Manage payroll and other compensation-related activities with 100% accuracy and in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Over 2 years of HR experience within automotive industry in UAE, preferably covering recruitment & onboarding, etc.
- Proactive, organized, energetic and able to manage HR priorities in a fast-paced car showroom environment.
- Good knowledge of UAE labor laws.
