Role Description
Responsible for managing daily HR operations, including HR policies, employee benefits, personnel administration, record maintenance, compliance, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UAE real estate recruitment.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong network of real estate agents, brokers, and property consultants.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring top-performing real estate professionals.
- Knowledge of UAE labour laws and employment regulations.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media recruitment.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
- Experience conducting candidate screening and assessments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.
- Experience with employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Preference for candidates with an existing network within the UAE real estate industry.
- Monthly salary package: AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 (based on experience)
