Human Resources Assistant
About This Role
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and employee records.
Employee Engagement
Support initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and promote a positive workplace culture.
Coordinate company events, team-building activities, and training sessions.
HR Administration
Prepare and manage HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and HR reports.
Maintain accurate employee files in compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Attendance and Payroll
Monitor attendance and assist with salary calculations, deductions, and leave records.
Ensure timely communication of payroll-related data to the finance team.
Compliance and Policy Implementation
Support HR in ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies.
General HR Support
Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Collaborate with the HR team to execute strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
