Salary : AED 4000 - 5,500/ month
We are part of a well-established business group with 39 years of business excellence and leadership in the Middle East.
As our Education Division continues to expand, we are seeking a highly experienced HR Officer to strengthen our HR operations in UAE.
This role requires a professional with solid expertise in UAE Labour Law, structured recruitment systems, and employee relations management.
We are looking for someone who can independently manage HR operations with discipline, compliance, and professionalism.
Key Requirements
- 4–6 years of HR experience within the UAE
- Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and regulatory compliance
- Proven expertise in professional recruitment and talent acquisition
- Experience in managing employee relations and HR documentation
- HR Certification (CIPD / SHRM / PHR or equivalent preferred)
- Education sector experience is an added advantage
Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for academic and administrative positions
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies
- Manage employment contracts, documentation, and employee records
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
- Coordinate visa processes and labour procedures with PRO
- Support performance management and HR system improvements
