Human Resources Admin Executive
About This Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Admin Officer to join our dynamic team at our office in Al Barsha 1. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of HR experience in the UAE and a solid understanding of UAE labour laws. This role will be for a duration of 3 to 4 months as a Maternity Cover starting from Mid of April. The ideal candidate needs to have their own visa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate administrative tasks to support the office and its employees.
- Support employee engagement and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary : 2500 AED per month
Work Setup - Alternate days working in office.
