About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance.
You will play a key role in supporting both management and employees to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and warnings.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed.
Payroll & Benefits
- Assist in processing monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate with finance for salary adjustments and deductions.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Track employee performance reviews and assist in appraisal processes.
- Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans.
Compliance & Legal
- Ensure company policies comply with UAE Labor Law and regulations.
- Handle visa processing, work permits, and government-related documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information at all times.
