JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manages HSEQ systems, audits/inspections, non-conformances, CAPA closure, documentation and compliance assurance.
- Develop and deliver training programs related to health and safety, quality standards, operational procedures, and workplace compliance.
- Coordinate employee induction programs, refresher training, and specialized operational training.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records and compliance documentation.
- Promote a strong health and safety culture across all operational sites and workforce levels.
- Ensure employees are aware of safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and environmental responsibilities.
- Work closely with operational managers to ensure HSEQ requirements are integrated into daily operations.
- Prepare HSEQ reports, performance metrics, and compliance documentation for management and clients.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational safety, quality, and environmental performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HSEQ management, preferably within facilities management or healthcare environments.
- International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001/14001/45001 awareness; internal auditor (preferred); Root Cause Analysis (RCA) / Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
