Job Description
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all cleaning operations within governmental facilities while ensuring adherence to regulatory and client-specific requirements.
- Conduct routine site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards, enforce corrective actions, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop and deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs to ensure all cleaning staff and supervisors are adequately trained in safety practices.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation including risk assessments, inspection reports, incident logs, and compliance records.
- Issue, track, and manage gate passes for cleaning personnel, supervisors, and others, ensuring strict compliance with client security protocols and authorization procedures.
- Maintain records of gate passes including issuance, renewals, expirations, and cancellations, and coordinate with security teams to ensure smooth access control and resolve entry/exit issues.
- Verify all required documentation and approvals prior to granting site access to ensure compliance with governmental facility requirements.
- Coordinate with client representatives and internal departments on all HSE and access-related matters to ensure alignment with site-specific rules and expectations.
- Support daily operations by ensuring safe execution of cleaning activities, proper deployment of manpower, and compliance with HSE requirements at all times.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and materials in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Integrate HSE controls into operational planning, schedules, and procedures to minimize risks and enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and report HSE performance indicators, conduct periodic compliance reviews, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
