Job Description
- Implement and monitor the company’s Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures across operational sites.Executes site HSE/HSEQ program, inspections, incident reporting, chemical safety controls, toolbox talks, and compliance monitoring.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and international management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Monitor employee adherence to safety procedures, personal protective equipment (PPE)
requirements

- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct safety induction and awareness training for employees and site personnel.
- Support the development and implementation of risk control measures and safe work procedures.
- Maintain HSEQ documentation, records, reports, and compliance registers.
- Assist in internal and external HSEQ audits and inspections.
- Promote safety awareness and encourage proactive reporting of hazards and unsafe conditions.
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure safe execution of daily work activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to health, safety, environmental protection, and service quality.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum **7 years of experience in HSE/HSEQ roles**, preferably within facilities management, construction, or related industries.
- Certified in NEBOSH International General Certificate.
- NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) IGC; First aid (preferred); Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH)
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with operational teams.
