Overview
- Operate and maintain parking management systems, including ticketing machines, barriers, access control systems, and payment terminals.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all parking equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve system faults, ensuring quick restoration of services.
- Monitor system performance and report any irregularities or technical issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized repairs or upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and incidents.
- Provide basic support to users and address operational queries when required.
- Diploma from a recognized university in a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in parking management systems.
- Native Arabic speaker.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Gulf countries.
