Role overview
Participate in developing and delivering HSE training and refresher courses for relevant company personnel.
Responsibilities
- Cover personal safety equipment, hazardous substances, permit to work, crane operation, risk assessments, and accident investigations.
- Coordinate schedules and course feedback with the Senior HSE Trainer.
- Identify training gaps and advise on courses to meet those needs.
- Research external HSE courses and recommend suitable options for company programmes.
- Keep HSE training equipment, aids, manuals, documents, videos, and posters accurate and up to date.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Science and NEBOSH IGC.
- Five years of experience, including at least three years in the HSE industry as an HSE Trainer at supervisory level, or an Occupational Safety and Health Diploma from a recognised institute.
