Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and protocols across UAE sites.
- Assess risks and hazards for security-system installations and operations.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and functionality of CCTV and access control systems.
- Inspect and audit sites for UAE regulatory and international HSE compliance.
- Investigate incidents and near misses; document findings and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare HSE reports, documentation, and compliance records for multisite operations.
- Coordinate security-system integration with project teams while maintaining safety protocols.
- Train and guide site personnel and contractors on HSE.
- Analyze safety data, recommend improvements, maintain regulatory knowledge, and liaise with authorities.
Qualifications and requirements
- At least 8 years of HSE engineering experience in oil and gas, power, or utilities.
- Proven security-systems expertise, including CCTV and access control.
- Strong risk assessment and hazard analysis knowledge; experience managing multisite HSE compliance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and local safety standards.
- Proficiency in incident investigation, root cause analysis, HSE software, and Microsoft Office.
- Valid HSE certification or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong organization, documentation, data analysis, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience delivering HSE training and working effectively across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with international HSE standards and best practices.
