- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HR records.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Coordinate performance management, probation reviews, and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain employee files, HR databases, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support compensation and benefits administration, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Handle employee grievances and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Support employee engagement, wellness, and organizational development initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers on HR-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- **HR Specialist:**
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- **Senior HR Officer:**
- 5–8+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
- Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
