Support core HR operations for a jewellery retail business, ensuring smooth HR administration, recruitment support, and compliance with UAE labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, contracts, employee records, and exits
- Handle visa processing, MOHRE tasks, and HR documentation
- Support recruitment for retail and corporate roles
- Coordinate payroll inputs, leave, attendance, and commissions
- Act as HR point of contact for employee queries
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
Requirements
- 3–5 years HR experience in the UAE (retail/jewellery preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visas, MOHRE, and WPS
- Good communication, organization, and confidentiality
