Job Overview
The HR Specialist – Performance Management plays a key role in helping the organization measure, manage, and improve employee and sales performance.
This position supports performance management systems, analyzes performance data, facilitates employee evaluations, and collaborates with managers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Performance Management
- Manage and support performance management systems, including appraisals, goal-setting frameworks, and feedback processes.
- Coordinate performance review cycles and ensure timely completion across the organization.
- Assist managers in delivering constructive feedback and developing employee improvement plans.
Data Analysis & Reportig
- Track and analyze performance data across departments.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards for management.
- Identify trends and recommend actions to enhance organizational performance.
Sales Performance Support
- Monitor sales KPIs and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing sales team effectiveness.
Goal Setting & Employee Development
- Assist managers and employees in setting measurable goals aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor progress against established goals and performance expectations.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend training and development initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with HR Business Partners and department leaders to align performance management initiatives with business strategy.
- Serve as a point of contact for performance-related inquiries and support.
Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate existing performance management processes and recommend enhancements.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in HR, Performance Management, or a similar role.
& Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of performance appraisal systems, KPI frameworks, and feedback methodologies.
- Experience supporting employee development and coaching initiatives.
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- – Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing employee and sales performance data.
