About the Role
We are seeking a **HR Recruitment Officer** to join our team and lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talent while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Use job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
- Focus on evaluating CVs and assess candidate suitability.
- Onboarding Support — Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- HR Reporting — Maintain recruitment trackers and provide weekly/monthly reports.
- Compliance — Ensure recruitment processes align with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Assisting other HR and Admin related work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (ATS experience preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
