HR Officer role in Qatar covering recruitment, manpower mobilisation, client coordination, and employee relations.
The employer seeks an accountable, proactive candidate who can build relationships and contribute to recruitment performance and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for client manpower requirements within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate client staffing needs, provide timely updates, and maintain professional relationships.
- Handle employee queries, workplace concerns, grievances, and day-to-day HR matters.
- Coordinate employment documentation, onboarding, mobilisation, and other HR formalities.
- Work with internal teams to support timely manpower deployment and smooth HR operations.
- Monitor recruitment progress, maintain records, and follow up on client requirements.
- Identify improvements to recruitment efficiency and client satisfaction, and support business development.
- Ensure HR activities and employee documents comply with Qatar labour laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or workforce outsourcing; at least 1 year of recruitment experience is required.
- Client coordination and employee relations experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills; ability to manage multiple requirements, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Proactive, positive, growth-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.
- Must currently reside in Qatar and hold a transferable visa.
Pay
- QAR 4,000–5,000 per month.
