The HR Officer role supports employees throughout their journey, from onboarding to employee relations and HR operations.
The role combines hands-on employee support, problem solving, and process improvement.
What you'll be doing
- Own pre-boarding and onboarding, including contracts, visa coordination, documentation, and orientation.
- Provide employees with HR support and guidance; build relationships with employees and managers.
- Handle workplace concerns, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution professionally and fairly.
- Support managers with daily people operations and workforce planning; ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and HR policies.
- Coordinate HR documentation and employee records; support accurate and timely payroll data submissions.
- Promote engagement and positive culture; support health, safety, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Improve HR processes, contribute to scalable people operations, and own projects and operational tasks through completion.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, or a similar people-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and excellent English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with professionalism and empathy when handling employee challenges.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong organization and time management.
- Ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and a proactive interest in employee experience.
