We are looking for a **hands-on HR Officer** with proven experience in the **construction or contracting sector** to support our growing project operations in Dubai.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing HR operations for construction site staff
- Handling recruitment, onboarding, and mobilization
- Maintaining employee records and attendance
- Supporting visa processing and labor documentation
- Coordinating with site teams and supervisors
- Assisting with payroll inputs and HR compliance
Requirements
- 3–5 years HR experience
- **Must have construction/contracting background**
- UAE Labour Law knowledge
- Experience with site-based workforce
