Role Purpose
As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management across the organization.
You will contribute to maintaining efficient HR processes, employee engagement, compliance, and operational excellence while supporting a positive and professional work environment aligned with the company’s culture and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor leave records, and employee data accuracy.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and operational updates as requested.
- Assist in payroll preparation by coordinating attendance and leave reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records at all times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and UAE labor law.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Continuously support improvements in HR operations and employee experience.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, leaves, and general HR matters.
- Coordinate employee letters, contracts, visas, and other HR-related documents when required.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities across the organization.
- Coordinate with different departments to support operational and organizational requirements.
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and internal communication.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation and employee coordination.
- Support recruitment activities including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of HR procedures and UAE labor regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations, Administration, or Human Resources.
