Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Prepare employment contracts and manage visa documentation
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Support performance management and training initiatives
- Coordinate with PROs and government entities for legal documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
