We are looking for a motivated and professional **HR Officer** to join our team in Dubai, UAE.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in HR or HR related fields. Master’s preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Officer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Knowledge of HR processes and documentation
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Thorough understanding of UAE Labour laws and HR best practices & regulations.
- Multitasking abilities.
- Critical observation and strategical thinking.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily HR and administrative tasks
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support employee relations and HR operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
