Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Maintaining employee files (attendance, contracts, personal data) in HRIS, ensuring data confidentiality
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Managing the attendance, leave management, and employee files
- Prepare reports, letters, and internal HR documents
- Coordinate with different departments regarding HR and operational matters
- Ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Payroll preparation, benefits administration, and handling inquiries regarding pay or leave
- Assisting managers with performance evaluations and training initiatives
Requirements
- Arabic language is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of HR or administrative experience in UAE
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
