About This Role
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles.
- Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements.
- Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding processes.
- Prepare and manage offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support DHA licensing coordination and staff credential documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
- Assist with employee relations, grievance handling, and HR reporting.
- Support visa processing, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with PRO if applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 3 years of HR experience; healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is a strong advantage.
- Good communication skills in English; Hindi/Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
