Job description
We are a French company based in Dubai looking to immediately hire an **HR / PAYROLL OFFICER.**
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations and payroll functions efficiently, with demonstrated experience supporting a workforce of over 130 employees.
- Administer end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and overall employee lifecycle management.
- Collaborate closely with finance, administration, and project teams to ensure accurate payroll inputs and smooth HR operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements across all HR and payroll activities.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies in a timely and professional manner
What You Bring
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR and payroll within a large UAE onshore company (construction experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- **Strong knowledge of payroll systems, WPS, and UAE labor laws.**
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR/payroll software.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and perform well under pressure
