Job Summary

The HR & Legal Specialist is responsible for managing the company's HR functions and ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.

The role includes recruitment, employee relations, visa processing, legal documentation, and coordination with government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee orientation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Process employee visas, labour cards, Emirates ID, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, probation, and payroll-related information.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and legal consultants when required.
  • Draft legal and HR-related letters and documents.
  • Support employee performance reviews and training programs.
  • Manage employee exits, final settlements, and handover procedures.
  • Keep HR policies and employee files updated.
  • Perform any other HR or legal duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience in the UAE.
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa procedures.
  • Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE HR practices and labour regulations.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
