Mandi Man is looking for a skilled and motivated D**emi Chef de Partie (DCDP)** to join our growing kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in **Arabic, Mandi, Gulf, or Middle Eastern cuisine**, with the ability to work across multiple kitchen sections and perform effectively in a high-volume restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Support daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Work across all kitchen sections as required by operational needs.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food products.
- Assist with stock control and report shortages when necessary.
- Minimize food waste and contribute to efficient kitchen operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Support and collaborate with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Experience in Arabic, Mandi, Gulf, or Middle Eastern cuisine is mandatory.
- Experience working in high-volume restaurant kitchens.
- Ability to handle multiple kitchen sections confidently.
- Strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
