Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR professional to join our organization as a Senior HR Generalist.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, ensuring compliance with UAE Labor Law, and supporting the company’s operational and strategic objectives.

This position requires a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and payroll administration within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and orientation processes
  • Oversee payroll coordination, employee benefits administration, attendance management, and HR operations
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and internal procedures
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally, including disciplinary actions, investigations, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Support performance management initiatives, employee engagement, training, and organizational development programs
  • Coordinate with PRO and government authorities for visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, and other regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, employee files, and confidential documentation
  • Prepare HR reports and provide management with insights and recommendations to support business decisions
  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values and objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
  • Proven experience in payroll processing, HR operations, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken and written)
