About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage End of Service Benefits (EOSB) in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
- Prepare and calculate monthly staff commissions accurately and within deadlines.
- Handle all MOL/MOI processing and related government transactions and documentation.
- Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement.
- Maintain and calculate employee Time & Attendance records, including overtime, leave, and deductions.
- Monitor and manage payroll timelines including document cut-off period, processing period, and submission period.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payroll and employee-related queries efficiently.
- Maintain confidential employee records and payroll information.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR/payroll procedures.
- Experience in payroll processing, EOSB calculations, and attendance management.
- Familiarity with MOL/MOI systems and documentation processes.
- Knowledge of HR Monthly Reports and documentation timelines cut-off period, processing period, and submission periods.
- Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and reporting.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
