Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Employee Lifecycle Management: Managing the full hiring cycle—posting jobs, screening candidates, interviewing, and conducting employee orientations.
Leading onboarding/induction for new hires and managing offboarding/exit interviews for departing staff.
HR Administration, HRMS and Data Management: Maintaining accurate employee records (digital/physical) in the HRM System, producing reports on headcount and manpower, and performing data audits.
Payroll and Benefits Support: Managing accurate payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, Insurance enrollments and deletions, managing employee benefits enrollment, answering compensation questions and ensuring data confidentiality.
Compliance and Policies: Ensuring company adherence to labor laws and implementing internal policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Employee Support and Relations: Acting as the first point of contact for employee questions, grievances, mediating conflicts, and conducting investigations into complaints and handling employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and payroll.
Operational Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per hour
