About This Role
Overview
- *HR Executive – Dubai*
- We are a Dubai-based stock market and financial services company looking for an experienced HR Executive to lead recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, and compliance.
- *Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Handle onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, warning letters, and final settlements
- Conduct performance reviews, probation follow-ups, and training programs
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMS records
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, visa and employee documentation
- *Requirements:*
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–10 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and UAE Labour Law
- Experience in high-volume hiring and handling multiple departments
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, HRMS, and recruitment portals
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Immediate joiner preferred
- *Preferred:*
Experience
in telesales, call center, hospitality, or service industry recruitment.
Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, Dubizzle, and Bayzat is an advantage.
