Rose Island Real Estate is a growing real estate brokerage company in the UAE, committed to delivering professional real estate services and maintaining a productive work environment.
We are currently looking for a professional and organized HR Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Post job openings and screen candidate applications
- Coordinate interviews with management
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support attendance, leave tracking, and HR administration
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee communication and coordination
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
- Support employee onboarding and exit procedures
- Coordinate with PRO and administration when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or administration
- UAE experience is preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Real estate industry experience is an advantage
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates currently available in UAE preferred
Salary Details
Starting from AED 3,000 per month and will be discussed based on experience and interview performance.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
