About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **HR Executive** to oversee recruitment, administration, and daily HR operations across our organization.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, HR practices, and operational coordination, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency across all centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Maintain employee records, HRMS updates, and proper documentation
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks with a high level of confidentiality
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and internal communication
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally, escalating when necessary
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave, and time-off requests
- Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll processing
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data in internal systems
- Coordinate visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID processes with PRO
- Ensure timely submission of all government-related documentation
- Enforce company policies and ensure compliance across all departments
- Support implementation of HR policies in line with UAE labor laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
