Experience and HR operations
- Requires 2–4 years of HR operations experience in the UAE.
- Must be able to manage onboarding, exits, and employee queries independently.
- Group-company or multi-country experience is an added advantage.
HR systems and administration
- Hands-on experience with Keka or a comparable HRMS such as Darwinbox, Zoho People, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Practical knowledge of payroll inputs, leave, attendance, LOP, salary changes, and reconciliation.
- Must have personally handled onboarding, probation, employee letters, and exits.
- Familiarity with UAE employment administration is required; exposure to other GCC countries is advantageous.
Technical and communication skills
- Requires VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF formulas, filters, and data reconciliation skills.
- Requires clear written English, professional employee communication, and careful handling of confidential matters.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,500 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and exits independently.
- Handle employee queries and communicate professionally with employees.
- Administer probation processes and employee letters.
- Support payroll administration, including payroll inputs and salary changes.
- Administer leave, attendance, and LOP records.
- Reconcile HR and payroll data.
- Maintain and use HRMS records and workflows.
- Handle employee information confidentially.
