Business Development Manager - ELV Channel sales

Required and Preferred Experience
- At least 3 years of ELV sales experience is required.
- Experience handling channel sales to system integrators is required.
- Experience identifying and building resellers or partners in the KSA market is required.
- A good understanding of the Saudi market and relevant relationships is required.
- Expertise in biometrics, CCTV and video analytics, physical security, networking, RFID, structured cabling, data centres, or ICT solutions is highly preferred.
Sales and Partner Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closures.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard value-added resellers and channel partners.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with channel partners and system integrators.
- Execute the end-to-end sales process within the assigned territory to achieve volume and profit objectives.
- Build relationships with third-party and partner companies needed to deliver complete customer solutions.
- Maintain relevant domain knowledge for meaningful prospect conversations.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, system integrators, and value-added resellers.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Pay
- The stated pay is 10,000 to 16,000 Saudi riyals per month.

- The work location is in person.
