Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of ELV, access control, CCTV, biometric, RFID, Time and Attendance, ID card printers, and identification solutions.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project and support teams.
- A UAE driving licence is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, commission, and maintain ELV and security systems at customer sites.
- Provide technical and customer support, including troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and resolution of system issues.
- Conduct site visits for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support.
- Coordinate with project teams, customers, system integrators, vendors, and internal stakeholders for timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Configure system software, hardware, devices, and integrations according to project requirements.
- Prepare technical, service, installation, as-built, and system handover documentation.
- Conduct user training and knowledge-transfer sessions for customers and end users.
Pay
- AED 6,000–7,500 per month.
