Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to support and manage core HR functions for a large workforce. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling HR operations for organizations with more than 1,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee final settlement processes
Handle leave management and tracking
Oversee attendance management systems
Support payroll processing and coordination
Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance
Coordinate HR activities with internal departments
