1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handles the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and offer issuance
- Liaise with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements
- Assist onboarding, including documentation and employee orientation
2. Attendance & Time Management
- Handle daily employee attendance, timesheets, and shift schedules
- Monitor absenteeism, sick leave, and leave records
- Ensure accuracy of attendance data and resolve discrepancies
- Integrate attendance data into payroll systems
3. Probation Management
- Track employee probation periods and send timely reminders for evaluations
- Assist managers in completing probation assessments
- Maintain records of confirmations, extensions, or terminations
4. Leave Management
- Administer annual leave, sick leave, and other leave types
- Maintain accurate leave balances in the HR system
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
5. HR Systems & Data Management
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/HRIS and ERP systems
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
- Generate HR reports related to attendance, payroll, and employee records
6. General HR Support
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee files and documentation
- Assist in audits and compliance activities
Qualifications And Experience
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Administration Management (Human Resource)
- 2 – 4 years of UAE experience in HR, with strong focus on recruitment, attendance and payroll management
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS and ERP systems
- Solid understanding of payroll processes, timekeeping systems, and labor laws
