Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Female Arabic** HR Officer with a background in **homecare services** to manage and support our growing workforce of administrative staffs and healthcare professionals. **The ideal** candidate understands the unique HR, compliance, and staffing challenges within the homecare industry and can support both office staff and field-based staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Coordinate background checks, credentialing, and compliance files
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance management
- Support performance management and staff retention initiatives
- Process payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures specific to homecare operations
- Act as a point of contact for all the staffs and employee regarding HR concerns and support
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or HR Generalist
- Previous experience in homecare, healthcare, or related services is required
- Strong knowledge of employment law and healthcare compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information confidentially
