HR Coordinator-Officer
About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Female Arabic HR Officer with a background in homecare services to manage and support our growing workforce of administrative staffs and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate understands the unique HR, compliance, and staffing challenges within the homecare industry and can support both office staff and field-based staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Coordinate background checks, credentialing, and compliance files
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance management
- Support performance management and staff retention initiatives
- Process payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures specific to homecare operations
- Act as a point of contact for all the staffs and employee regarding HR concerns and support
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or HR Generalist
- Previous experience in homecare, healthcare, or related services is required
- Strong knowledge of employment law and healthcare compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information confidentially
