d to independently manage, develop, and elevate the Human Resources function across the organization.
This role requires a well-rounded HR professional with strong operational and strategic expertise, capable of managing the full employee lifecycle while partnering closely with senior leadership to drive organizational growth, workforce effectiveness, and employee engagement
.The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable HR systems, strengthening compliance, improving organizational structures, leading talent acquisition initiatives, and ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.
This position is ideal for a self-driven HR leader who can work autonomously, take ownership of the HR function, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of Human Resources
