Salary
AED 4,000 – 8,000 per month
Availability
Immediate joiners preferred
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience supervising civil construction projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of civil works, site supervision, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage site activities, subcontractors, and labor teams efficiently.
- Experience in coordinating with engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Capable of monitoring project progress and ensuring work is completed according to specifications and timelines.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce.
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate material deliveries and site resources.
- Monitor project schedules and report progress to management.
- Maintain quality standards and resolve site-related issues promptly.
